This is a gorgeous 950 Silver Mayan Aztec Calendar Sun Pendant from Taxco Mexico.
I got it on a recent trip to Taxco.
Taxco is famous for it's artisans. It became a silver mining town when large loads were found in the 1500's and is now a producer of some of the finest quality silver jewelry. A nice hand wovern cord will be included as well.
The pendant is stamped Hecho in Mexico 950. 950 is a higher purity than sterling.
